How Does The Process Work?

It starts when you fill out our form. After that, we’ll give you a call within 24 hours to get a few more details about your property. Just basic details, nothing fancy or complicated. If it sounds like we can help, we’ll schedule a time to look at the property in person with you.

After the walkthrough, we’ll write up an offer to buy your rental property. If you’re ready to have us buy your house based on our offer, we’ll get the paperwork going with a local, trusted title company so you can feel comfortable that you’re in good hands.
